Ahmed, BSc, ISSA Certified, FMS Level 2, and EXOS-trained, is our head coach with 7 years of experience. He specializes in functional training and HIIT at our gym. Having played professional basketball, Ahmed brings a unique perspective to his training approach.

Inna

Inna, MSc in Sport, is a coach with over 10 years of experience, specializing in Pilates, functional training, stretching, TRX and HIIT. She is TRX certified and holds additional certifications in Pilates, functional training, and stretching, bringing a comprehensive approach to her training methods.

OLIVIER

Olivier

Olivier, an EREPS Level 4 certified trainer, brings over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Specializing in martial arts, he is also a Tai Chi and Kung Fu coach, combining discipline, strength, and agility in his training. With expertise in functional training, he helps clients build power, mobility, and resilience. His dynamic coaching style pushes you beyond limits to achieve real results.

Africa

Africa, our Pilates coach, holds a Mat Pilates Level 3 certification from HFE and brings 10 years of experience to the mat. Specializing in Pilates, she also excels in dance, with expertise in hip-hop and various other dance styles. Her unique blend of movement disciplines helps clients improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, while having fun and staying motivated.

Lindsay

After over 20 years in the IT and Telecoms sector Lindsay Reid has switched industry and careers to follow her passion for health and fitness. She has currently gained 4 years of experience as our functional training coach and certified Spin coach with Level 2 Personal Training Instructor

Lotte

Lotte is a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher with training from Sama Yoga House in Bali under Pradeep Teotia and Cole Chance. She teaches a dynamic and accessible flow that combines breath, movement, and strength to build muscle, sharpen focus, and foster both physical and mental resilience. With experience guiding complete beginners as well as seasoned practitioners, her inclusive teaching style offers variations for all levels. Rooted in balance, strength, and presence, Lotte’s classes empower you to grow—on and off the mat.
